exceptionally comfortable hotel, i truly enjoyed its central location close enough to the tram, bus stops, and principe real, chiado and barro alto. i was upgraded to decent size classic queen room with big bathroom. 

The breakfast had a huge variety of fruit and eggs.

I loved good-sized and spotless room in this hotel.

The beds were big, I slept well. I had a magnificent view of river from my window. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the check in was simple.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Da Estrela - By Unlock Hotels. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, away from the main tourist area, and the staff 

excellent breakfast, included hot eggs and bacon/ rashers. Amazing home-made pumpkin jam and tomato jam, and numerous fresh breads, juices, cereals, yogurt, cheese, fruit.... You could eat inside, or out on the patio.  

Great hotel, nice room, big bathroom and best of all: personal service. We really enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. Quite close to tram and metro, nice area of Lisbon.

Only wired internet in the rooms, but it's free. Wifi would be great.
